Hi, I’m MadalinaFit, fitness savvy and lover of a healthy lifestyle, dedicated to self-care and self love. 8 years ago I went through a series of body transformations that challenged me physically and mentally and made me stronger, healthier and more self confident.
In 2013, I set foot into a fitness gym for the first time and felt right at home since day 1. Before realizing I needed a coach, I used to train by myself. Starting out as everyone else, I worked out too much and ate too little, hoping that this could be the formula to get fit. Obviously, I was wrong. Over the course of time, I tried out and switched personal trainers one after another. The reason? Their lack of involvement was discouraging, my bones and joints were hurting all the time and under lots of pressure from not having the proper care while training.
Being in a continuous struggle to find the coach that could help me reach my top-level performance in the gym, it was clear there were many more in my position, looking for a personalized fitness routine. This is how I decided to become a coach myself and start personal trainer courses in early 2017. This way I can proudly help others reach their body goals and much more.
Since then, through intense work and study, I have deepened my knowledge and gathered experience in the fields of fitness and bodybuilding, nutrition, training techniques with a kettlebell, stretching and cardio.
In 2019 I participated in the first Fitness Competition: WINGS OF STRENGTH ROMANIA MUSCLE FEST ROMANIA, Bikini Fitness category and I obtained 2nd place.
There are many other competitions and courses to follow in the future.
Wings of Strength is a yearly important multinational bodybuilding promotion that supports the idea that bodybuilding is for everybody. I’m honored I participated as it certified me as a powerful creator in my fitness regiment. This was an amazing opportunity in my development as Wings of Strength supports female leadership in bodybuilding all over the world, in all their events and competitions.

My mission as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach is to deeply get to know and connect with everyone that is ready to go through these types of changes, and help them achieve them.
Building a strong relationship, founded on trust, our journey starts with a close analysis of the particularities of each one of my clients: body type and goals, schedule, dietary history and what their view on being fit is, along with other vital information.
Second step in our collaboration is to proceed to developing a bespoke personalized plan (coaching, training, nutrition), designated to educate you on what you should consume for a proper body development. In the third step we’ll be in touch every day, according to a common established channel
