Yes. With MadalinaFit’s program, you receive nutritional education. The personalized meal planning can be part of a bundle, along with training, depending on what type of package you choose from my services.
Nutrition counseling will follow your target, whether it’s to lose weight, add mass, stay healthy, or others. I will provide you with custom nutrition plans, with added suggestions on your choices of food, caloric intake, meal times, shopping and preparation. This means to offer you a balanced, sustainable lifestyle, built on healthy eating habits and regular workouts.
This is the one question all trainers hear most often. Contrary to a lot of fitness scams that promise you results in unrealistic time frames, getting started on this road to a fit, healthy lifestyle does take a little bit of time.
There are a few factors to consider for measuring results: genetic disposition, caloric intake, nutritional quality, effort applied to workouts and a few more.
As a general example, if your goal is body fat loss, a male can safely lose approximately 1.5-2.0lbs per week and females 1.0-1.5lbs. Results will depend on these considerations, along with the particularity of each client.
As a personal trainer and fitness coach, I use standard parameters that track progress, along with observing how your body is responding to workouts and meal changes.
Weight gain/loss, body measurements, before and after photos help reinforce methods and results.
I also ask my clients how they feel, what works and what doesn’t for them. The purpose of my programs is to also create a dietary and sports culture, in a comfortable way, as a natural part of my clients’ lifestyle.
Moreover, I’m committed to each of my clients’ fitness journeys. I’m here to provide support and educational tools, you can check with me weekly through email or WhatsApp, I’m here with you all the way.
This varies depending on the client’s unique program.
I’m here for all my clients for daily communication, through WhatsApp. In the times that I can’t answer immediately, I’m in the gym training, but all questions receive an answer within 24 hours.
We can also schedule a time to speak, if necessary.
My goal is to start my clients’ programs within 3 days since joining and to fully engage them in as soon as possible. But it also depends on the client’s specific needs or conditions.
Yes! I also work with couples, groups, and businesses. We can create small groups, challenges and more. Contact me for more custom information.

Yes. My approach is based on progressive training, allowing clients to work from an appropriate level of fitness for them.
The ideal duration of a workout is of maximum one hour.
If we work too hard, at home or in the gym, the body produces the corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) and cortisone. These can affect digestion and slow down blood flow to the stomach, which does not promote fat loss.
Thus, too much exercise can have the opposite effect because of the hormones that are released during high intensity sessions. It is recommended that the duration of the exercises does not exceed 45-60 minutes per workout because we risk having a reverse effect than the one we wanted; this means that instead of losing fat, we will lose muscle mass.
If you work on a combined muscle group scheme, you will have to do 3 workouts of muscle hypertrophy, plus 1-2 cardio workouts on an empty stomach.
If you work separate muscle groups, you will have 5 hypertrophy workouts, plus one cardio on an empty stomach.
It is especially important to have 1-2 days in which you do not train and rest, otherwise you risk getting into over-training. Not only will you not perform well in the gym, but you will not evolve in terms of muscle quality and / or fat loss.
3 main meals + 2 secondary (snacks).
Proteins do not fatten. They are used for muscle growth and energy.
No, if it is consumed in moderation and does not make you exceed your caloric requirement for the day. But it is a high processed food, which is not necessarily at the top of the most nutritious foods.
There are several types of Carbohydrates: simple or complex and have a glycemic index, which determines how quickly they are absorbed into the blood. Rapid absorption will result in a (large) proportion of insulin secretion, which will tell the body to store the available substances and nutrients (carbohydrates, fats, proteins). Therefore, carbohydrates can facilitate fattening if the caloric requirement is exceeded.
The caloric requirement is the amount of daily energy needed by the body to function optimally. The respective energy is used for the functioning of internal organs and systems (for example: regulating body temperature) as well as for daily activities. So it turns out that the more active you are, the more energy / calories you will need.
Massage has many benefits. For example, therapeutic massage combines relaxation techniques with therapies aimed at remedying a specific problem. It has benefits in the muscular system or the locomotor system, the cardiovascular system or metabolism, but also on the psychic, contributing to the improvement of specific symptoms.
The therapeutic massage also has an antiallergic role, relieving the pain in the muscles and joints. In addition, it stimulates the secretion of endorphins, that “hormone of happiness” that reduces stress and gives a well-being sensation.

Not! Never mix two types of animal protein with each other. For example, egg with cheese or meat because you cannot digest them. And never combine animal protein with carbohydrates from bread, potatoes, lobster or rice.
We respect our physiology. Our body works properly if we provide it with the nutrients it needs; it knows what to do with them, digestion is normal, the enzymes and fermentations that we need are secreted.
