Miruna Sfetcu’s Story
For many years I have been recommended to strengthen my muscles, especially the back. So over the years I’ve tried more: pilates, tae-bo, kangoo jumps, even the gym. I didn’t manage to continue either of them. I didn’t like it because I was feeling back pain and palpitations, I couldn’t breathe. I said no. I discovered at some point MadalinaFit’s Instagram channel, I watched for a while the videos she posted and of course the way she performs the movements – she made gym seem so easy. So one day I wrote to her without high hopes for an answer, she has many followers and I thought that a lot of people must be writing to her constantly. After a while the answer came. I said I want to go work with her, and we started. She determined me to go to the gym with ease and pleasure, from the first session. The training went smoothly, without palpitations, without feeling that I put in too much effort and surprise, without back pain! Even if the workout seems simple, the muscle soreness afterwards is proof that my muscles work well. My motivation? She always waits for me in the gym and when I arrive she greets me with a smile – this is who MadalinaFit is. Iook at her and I know I want to be able to prove myself, at least 50%.

Alina Oana Dima’s Story
I started fitness about 7 years ago, but lately I lost my motivation, rhythm and I was doing everything chaotic. I had no results and I fell into a depression that pushed me to eat even more. That is until I decide to appeal to Madalina. The decision was made on January 1st and it was the best start of the year. Although I have not always managed to keep myself focused on all the meals and tips I received from Madalina, I can say that I am extremely happy and delighted with the results. I found Madalina on Instagram and I think I watched all her videos constantly. She is a professional, and I was watching how friendly she is with her clients and I dreamed that in a few months I would call her. .. but not two days passed and as I was looking at one of Madalina’s stories, a revelation came to me and I simply wrote from impulse without thinking about anything (money, time and others) and after the next day I started training with her. Since I have my workouts with Madalina I am very motivated, and I always plan to come to the gym faster. Although I have constant muscle soreness, she encourages me and always raises my morale! I like that she is very serious and organized during the workouts and does not manipulate me when I complain, but motivates me to continue, and if she really sees that I can’t do it, she finds me alternatives, but doesn’t let me stop, which is very good! Mihaela Cristina Ganescu’s Story
As a child, I liked the movement and practiced all kinds of activities such as jumping rope, badminton, and especially basketball, but at one point I felt the need for a change in my life because I ate irregularly, unhealthy, and played sports only when I remembered. I like that you are involved and willing to adjust the workouts / exercises according to what I want. I appreciate that you take my opinions into account and try to find a middle ground always, and from this point of view, you made me no longer reluctant to sport / effort; on the contrary, I even come with pleasure to the gym and I feel motivated.
